Food is delicious and comes out fast! The lady helping us was really sweet! I recommend the A1 hot and sour rice noodles for an authentic experience. They also have a cold appetizer bar which has an excellent Chinese shredded potato salad.

I just had the most incredible lunch at Dandan's Guilin Rice Noodle! I started with their dried sour and spicy noodles and seriously, I couldn't stop eating them! I tried to save room for the other dishes, but they were just too good. The lamb skewers were bursting with flavor, and everything else like the tofu, pig's ear, preserved eggs, and edamame was simply amazing. Every bite was packed with deliciousness. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!

This is one of those little hole-in-the-wall places that's kind of a hidden gem. But you walk in and the service is prompt and they take your order immediately. They specialize in rice noodle dishes here, so we got one dish with soup, and one that was dry. The duck noodles had such a delicious broth and so much duck meat. The Ultimate Noodle dish we got was nice and spicy, with lots of crunchy toppings and thin slices of beef. We also shared some of their cold dishes of cucumber, bean curd, and shredded potatoes, which were so refreshing on a hot summer day. We couldn't resist getting the lamb skewers too because we love the Chinese bbq spices. They also had fresh watermelon juice and chrysanthemum tea! This spot was perfect for a quick lunch and we'd definitely come back.

I think this restaurant serve the best rice noodle in Alhambra and San Gabriel. I think the prices are very affordable! Each entrees are like $9 to $12! They have a frozen section to buy pre made dumplings which are super affordable. I got lost on the way there but watch out for the Da Lat Supermarket. It is in the corner next to a foot spa. They got plenty or parking lots so you don't have to pay for parking. There are people selling random fruits outside by the side walk and the prices are affordable too. What I ordered: -house pig tripe rice noodle soup! Must try their rice noodle -chef's special: marinated brisket, pig stomach, chitterlings -wonton soup -steamed pork dumpling -Diet Coke -melon juice

The ultimate noodle is their most popular dish with home made sauce and pickled vegetables! There is an option for sour and spicy or tongue tingling spices! They add bacon for a twist on the traditional dish, which made the dish more flavorful. I opted for the sour and spicy dry version and it was the perfect level of spice and flavor. (Would say its mild) If youre into mala numbing spicy, i would recommend the beef with rice noodle in mala spicy sauce! The restaurant is small with very few tables, but the dishes are served pretty fast. I would recommend trying this place if youre craving guilin noodles.

I like their dried rice noodle dish and sour spicy beef rice noodle soup, each offering a perfect chewy texture. With homemade toppings and sauces, it's like enjoying a meal in Guilin, China. Beside the rice noodles, I love their freshly made, juicy Xiaolongbao, made to order and guaranteed to brighten your day. it will take 15-20 mins to make but it's worth the wait! A homey mom and pop rice noodle spot! They offer different variations of rice noodles. I tried the ultimate noodle, which is their specialty dry noodle! I really enjoyed the flavor of the dry noodle with their special sauce (very white pepper heavy) and pickled green beans. I also really enjoyed the cold dishes. I got the shredded potato (my favorite), celery, and pig ear. My partner got the stewed beef noodle soup, which was also really good with a generous portion size. We topped off the meal with some refreshing watermelon juices, which was perfect for the summer heat.
